Season Pass Terms and Conditions:
The season pass will entitle the bearer to unlimited admission to Shining Waters Family Fun Park for the entire season subject to the following terms and conditions. It does not include food lockers gifts or arcade games.
1. Your season pass is:
- Non refundable and non-transferable
- Valid from June 16th to September 6th, 2010
- Valid only during regular park operating hours and is not valid for special events
- For use by the person named and photographed in the pass only
- Not valid for any other offer or discount
2. Shining Waters Family Fun Park is not responsible for lost or stolen passes. A $10 fee will be charged for replacement passes
3. You must have your season pass with you when you enter the park - No Exceptions. It must be shown at the ticket booth where a bracelet for the day will be issued. Only one bracelet will be issued per person per day.
4. Shining Waters Family Fun Park reserves the right to not open certain attractions on a daily basis or to close early due to inclement weather without compensating season pass holders.
Shining Waters Family Fun Park reserves the right to revoke the pass without refund for:
- Violation of the park rules and/or safety procedures
- Assisting another person in any way to obtain unauthorized entry to Shining Waters Family Fun Park.
- Attempted use of the pass by someone other than the photographed person
These or other violations may also result in criminal prosecution
All passholders enter the park and ride at their own risk. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult when entering the park.
The purchase of a season pass confirms your acceptance of these conditions.
