Featuring four large waterslides, three children's slides and a large splash pool. Take a plunge down the amazing Cannonbowl! Enjoy the spills and thrills of the Crossbow, or take a speedy ride down one of our two body slides. For smaller kids there's the Turtle Cove play area with the Turtle Twister and the Slippery Salamander.
Relax in a traditional Prince Edward Island farm setting. Visit the petting farm with many different animals including pygmy goats, miniature horses, lambs, bunnies, an alpaca and more! Take a spin on the pumpkin patch, or the carousel. Or, try your hand at one of the arcade games. Miniature pedal tractors and excavators for the little ones and a Hayride runs every hour for the whole family. While you're there check out the animated singing chicken show or stop for a chat with the scarecrow.
Explore the winding trails of Discovery Woods. Spend some time on confusion ridge in the topsy-turvy cabin or blast off in the Rockin' Rocket Ship. Cross the Swinging Link to the triple story treehouse then take n exciting ride on the Safari Express. There's also a mirror maze, and the spoooooky Swamp Shack (if you dare!)"
Storybookland is in the centre of the park and features a winding trail through the woods with the scary witch's cave, many fantasy animals hiding in and around the trees, and annès house of imagination. Catch a live show at the Nestle Amphitheatre or let the kids have a ride on the Cavendish 500 or Lenny's Boats. Swings, slides and lots of playground equipment and the family favourite tire swing.
Start a mutiny on the Renegade III pirate ship fun house, or sail the high seas in your very own pirate pedal boat. Loads of fun to be had in smuggler's cove, and don't forget to get your picture taken with the big catch.
Tucked in behind the lighthouse at the Entrance is The Wharf marina. Stop by and enjoy a relaxing paddleboat ride.
Hungry guests can enjoy a meal or a snack at either of the two food service locations in the park. Riddle's Take-Out feature's a full menu with hamburgers, hot-dogs, chicken nuggets, french fries and soft drinks. There is ample seating area on the large deck plent of picnic tables nearby as well.
Salty's Snacks is lcoated in the waterpark and offers snacks such as popcorn, cotton candy, hot-dogs, shaved ice, soft-drinks and the best ice-cream in Cavendish.
All guests are welcome to bring their own coolers or picnic baskets but galss containers are not permitted inside the waterpark. Stop by King's Candy and Gifts for unique Island gifts, great candy, and vacation necesseties such as sunscreen and beach towels. Also at this location you can upgrade your pass to a weekly pass, season pass or a slide and ride pass.

This area, named after the family who formerly farmed the property, forms the entrance to Shining Waters Family Fun Park and is open to the public at no charge. The park has picnic areas and an interpretative centre chronicalling some of Cavendish's unique history. Many of our corporate events are hosted in this area's picnic areas. Events in the community park can be booked through our main office.
